There has been a noticeable change in how X is attempting to sound words. X confidence in trying has increased and 9 times out of ten, X got it right by breaking it down and identifying the correct sounds. So we’re really pleased for X, thank you".Using a systematic synthetic phonics programme helps learners to understand how to encode and decode words. Rather than just breaking words down by chance encounter in sentences, using CodeBreakers we show learners a pattern and the sound it makes.
